The Dorothy Toll Nonexempt Share No. 1 Qtip Trust sold a 1-acre site on the north side of Colonel Glenn Road, between Holt and Elam Streets, in west Little Rock for $270,000.
The buyers were PB General Holdings (LR Colonel Glenn) LLC and Primer Pocket LLC, both led by Leonard Boen.
Day Care Purchased
Pabani Brothers LLC of Little Rock, led by Akbar and Aziz Pabani, bought the 5,580-SF Momma Myrtle’s Headstart day care center at 2501 Poplar St. in North Little Rock for $200,000.
The seller was Centennial Bank of Conway, led by Special Assets Manager Jodi Allgood.
