Commercial property at 10800 Baseline Road

Bulldog Dumpsters LLC of Benton, led by Joseph Raines, bought a 25.7-acre commercial property at 10800 Baseline Road in Little Rock for $677,000.

The seller was HomeBank of Arkansas of Portland. 

Commercial Site Sold

Country Club Development LLC of Maumelle, led by John Wright, sold a 2.3-acre commercial site on teh west side of Country Club Parkway at Diamond Park Lane in Maumelle for $540,000.

The buyer was L. Farris, trustee of the Lot 2 Phase 19 Country Club of Arkansas Trust in Little Rock.
