Austin Brothers Tire Service at 2801 Cantrell Road

The namesake trust of H.E. Austin Jr. and Wrenetta Austin of Little Rock bought the 8,370-SF Austin Brothers Tire Service at 2801 Cantrell Road in Little Rock for $750,000.

The sellers were the William H. Roberts Revocable Trust; Stebor LLLP, led by William Roberts; and Rebecca Taggart.

Car Wash Sold

KG Carwashes LLC of North Little Rock, led by Karl Goshen, sold the car wash at 4625 Camp Robinson Road in North Little Rock for $550,000.

The buyer was James Chung Jr. of Little Rock.

House Purchased

The Griffin-Gracy Education Retreat and Historical Center Inc. of Little Rock, an organization that assists transgendered people, bought the 2,881-SF house and the half-acre it sits on at 23 Brooklawn Drive for $217,000.

The seller was Dana Langley of Little Rock.

Land Donated

The General Board of Higher Education and Ministry of the United Methodist Church, led by William McAlilly, donated a 1.83-acre tract, between Center and State Streets in Little Rock on the south side of 10th Street, to Philander Smith College.

The property is home to a 58,500-SF gymnasium complex and is on the north end of the college’s campus.
