The Community Christian Church of North Little Rock sold the 5,518-SF church at 1061 Lantrip Road in Sherwood to Amazing U Inc. of Maumelle, led by Barton and Tara Gregory.
The purchase price was $450,000.
Apartments Change Hands
A five-unit apartment complex at 920 Rock St. in downtown Little Rock was sold for $430,000 to JCJ Holdings LLC of Memphis, led by Jon James.
The seller was GK Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Glenn Kubeczka.
Office Building Bought
Askew Creative LLC of Little Rock, led by Kate and Jess Askew, purchased the 8,995-SF office building at 917 W. Markham St. in downtown Little Rock for $342,500.
The seller was S&M J Investments LLC, led by Steven and Mary Lucchi.
