7710 Jamison Road
Mew Investments LLC of Maumelle, led by Michael Bullerwell, purchased the 22,563-SF Little Rock Broom Works at 7710 Jamison Road in south Little Rock for $600,000 from Jane and Sandra Hatcher.
Mew Investments also bought an adjoining 1.96 undeveloped acres for $36,703 and an adjoining 3.92 acres for $39,000.
The sellers were F. Eugene and Cynthia Mason and the University of Arkansas Foundation, respectively.
Convenience Store Sold
BNJL Investments LLC of Little Rock, led by Chang-heon Lee, bought a 3,200-SF convenience store at 4511 W. 12th St. in Little Rock, for $550,000.
The seller was J&H Lee LLC of Little Rock, led by Jung Hee Lee.
Camping World Bought
National Retail Properties Ltd. of Orlando, Florida, bought a 3.5-acre parceling adjoining the west side of its Camping World facility at 9801 Diamond Drive in North Little Rock for $478,800.
The seller was SBD Investments LLC of Tulsa.
