The buyer was 65th Street Land Venture LLC of Hot Springs, led by Andrew Griffin.

Surano Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Sulaiman Hudda and Rahim Juma, bought the 1,786-SF Superstop at 1424 Locust St. in North Little Rock for $550,000.

The seller was White Properties Ltd. of Maumelle, led by Terrill White.
