Five Aces LLC of Little Rock, led by Anthony Brooks, bought two properties from Halloran Investments, led by John Halloran.
Five Aces bought a 2,160-SF storage warehouse at 606 N. Olive St. in downtown Little Rock for $150,000 and an adjoining 1,588-SF home (zoned for commercial use) at 610 Olive St. for $175,000.

McRae Mortgage & Investments LLC of Little Rock, led by Kenneth McRae, sold a 2,916-SF warehouse at 901 Olive St. in downtown Little Rock for $80,000.
The buyer was BSTW Properties LLC of Sherwood, led by Lawrence Wilson.
