F9 Properties LLC of Miami Beach, Florida, bought a 5,170-SF auto service repair project at 8201 Warden Road in Sherwood for $585,000.

The projects were a 6,000-SF office-warehouse at 4523 W. 65th St.; a 3,750-SF neighborhood shopping center at 6605 Wakefield Drive; and a 2,464-SF auto sales and service project at 5425 W. 65th St.

Revive Property Management LLC of Lonoke, led by Kirk Freeny and Mike Frye, bought a 2,916-SF office-warehouse at 901 Olive St. in North Little Rock for $100,000.
The seller was BSTW Properties LLC of North Little Rock, led by Lawrence Wilson.

Lexicon Inc. of Little Rock, led by Patrick Schueck, bought a 0.51-acre parcel adjoining the southwest corner of Lexicon’s custom metals facility at 8914 Fourche Dam Pike in the Little Rock Port industrial park.
The parcel sold for $81,250, and the seller was Houston-based Waste Management of Arkansas Inc.
