Garmukh & Gian LLC of North Little Rock, led by Bharatbhai Hamirani, bought the 7,012-SF Link Discount Liquor store at 9130 Highway 161 in North Little Rock for $450,000.
The seller was Zeiler Real Estate of North Little Rock, led by Joseph Zeiler.
Day Care Changes Hands
The Childcare Academy LLC of Little Rock, led by Christine Snow and Alvin Lockett, bought a 4,284-SF day care center at 6800 Baseline Road in Little Rock for $250,000 on April 23 and sold it that same day for $375,000.
William Harris Jr., Debra Harris, David and Chasity Reynolds were the original sellers.
The final buyer was MC Childcare Academy LLC of Little Rock, led by Tania Perez.
Lot Purchased
Addison Street Investments LLC of Washington bought an approximately one-acre lot at Lewis Ranch in Conway for $696,000 from Lewis Ranch LLC.
Addison Street Investments is the developer of Denny’s restaurants, based in Spartanburg, S.C.
“Colliers, along with the Lewis Ranch ownership group, is pleased to announce Denny’s comeback to
Conway,” Lee Strother of Colliers International Arkansas, who represented the seller, said in a news release. “Lewis Ranch is perfectly positioned within Conway’s new retail corridor to make Denny’s new restaurant convenient to residents and travelers along I-40.”
Denny’s plans to break ground within 60 days and to open the new restaurant in late 2019.
