The buyer was HSC-11701 Otter Creek LLC of Mabelvale, an affiliate of Handling Systems & Conveyors of Dallas.

Camino Real Foods Inc. of Vernon, California, sold the 54,413-SF Odom’s sausage plant at 4701 Asher Ave. for $405,000.
The buyer was 4701 Asher Avenue LLC of St. Louis, Missouri.
