The seller was So Bryant Co. LLC of Little Rock, led by Brett Bolan.
Office-warehouse Sold
Victory Transload LLC of Roanoke, Texas, sold a 34,670-SF office-warehouse facility at 700 Sam Evans Drive in North Little Rock for $600,000.
The buyer was the Clifton Family LLLP of North Little Rock, led by Norman Clifton.
Industrial Project Bought
Enhanced Environmental & Emergency Services Inc. of Clinton, Mississippi, has purchased a 10,320-SF industrial project at 6105 John Harden Drive in Cabot for $518,000.
The seller was Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto.
Another Haybar Purchase
Haybar Properties LLC also bought a 10,776-SF retail project at 1307 John Barrow Road in Little Rock for $390,000. The property is currently home to Shipley’s Donuts and Sims Bar-B-Que.
The seller was R.W. Butler Family LP of Little Rock.
