J.A. Riggs Tractor Co. of Little Rock, led by John Riggs, has sold an 18.3-acre site near the southeast corner of Industrial Drive and Faulkner Lake Road in North Little Rock for $613,683.
The buyer was Old Dominion Freight Line Inc. of Thomasville, North Carolina.

Good Earth Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Greg and Julie Curtis, has purchased nearly 115 acres about 2 miles north of the Natural Step Community for $460,000.
The sellers were Marcus, Randi, Jerry and Carolyn Bryant of Little Rock.
Warehouse Sold
Michael Matheny of North Little Rock has sold the former home of North Side Plumbing, an 11,000-SF warehouse at 24014 Highway 365 North on the northern edge of Maumelle, for $435,000.
The buyer was Jubilee Church International of Maumelle.
