Soma Storefronts LLC of McGhee, led by Rusty Thompson, bought the 8,000-SF Piano Kraft store at 1222 Main St. in Little Rock and the parking lot near it for $800,000.

Kim Properties LLC of Maumelle, led by Grace Chae-Kim, has purchased a 14,211-SF warehouse/showroom at 4210 E. Broadway St. in North Little Rock for $400,000.
The seller was Hum’s Hardware & Furniture Inc. of North Little Rock, led by Bruce Hum.

Blaney Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Patrick and Natalie Blaney, purchased 1,722 SF on the ground floor of 3700 Cantrell Road for $258,625.
Patrick Blaney is an insurance adjuster, and Natalie Blaney is a stylist at Fringe Benefits Salon in Little Rock.
The seller was Heartland Properties Corp., led by Larry McCraw.
