The 18-unit Oxford Inn at 921 S. First St. in Jacksonville has been sold for $360,000 to KP Properties of Arkansas LLC of Benton, led by Kel Denker and Paul Mead.

Romero’s Enterprises LLC of Little Rock, led by Jesus and Alvaro Romero, purchased a 16,140-SF warehouse complex at 12300 Chicot Road in Little Rock, an adjoining and undeveloped 1-acre parcel to the north and a 0.31-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Chicot and Bunch roads.
The purchase price was $340,000.
The seller was Talon Property Management Inc., led by Maurice Mahmoud.

William and Patricia James sold the 3,659-SF James Law Firm office at 1821 Broadway Ave. in downtown Little Rock to Haybar Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Bryan Hosto, for $225,000.
