Glover Properties LLC, led by James Glover, bought 15.85 acres along the west side of Interstate 440 between Faulkner Lake Road and U.S. 165 in a $700,000 foreclosure sale from Bank of Little Rock.

The Heights at Shackleford Ltd. of Little Rock, led by Amanda Raible, bought a 5-acre site zoned for commercial development on South Shackleford Road. 

The purchase price was $404,000, and the seller was Landers Land Co. #6, led by Steve Landers.

Site Oil of Arkansas LLC of Little Rock, led by Sulaiman Hudda and Rahim Juma, bought the 3,554-SF Abbey Carpet store and 1,380-SF Abbey Hardware Center at 7305 Cantrell Road in Little Rock for $400,000.

The sellers were Ollie and Lucy Hammett.

Arkansas Children’s Hospital of Little Rock bought a half-acre parking lot at the northwest corner of Martin Luther King Drive and Ninth Street in Little Rock for $300,000.

The seller was W.C. McMinn Co. of Little Rock, led by Ben McMinn.

DGK & JSK Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Donald and John Knoernschild, bought a 0.77-acre site zoned for office development at the northwest corner of Executive Center Drive and Executive Center Court in Little Rock.

The purchase price was $216,719, and the seller was APC Property Group LLC.
