Pachyderm Properties LLC of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, purchased the 5,000-SF Sherwin Williams store at 724 Towne Oaks Drive in Little Rock for $973,191.
The seller was Sherwin-Williams Co. of Cleveland, Ohio.

JLN Properties LLC of Hot Springs, led by James Narup, sold 4.4 acres on the east side of Highway 107 between Maryland Avenue and Cardinal Lane in Sherwood for $550,000.
The buyer was SS Sherwood LLC of Lavon, Texas.
Landscape Project Sold
Crossroads Center LLC of Conway, led by Sue Enderlin, purchased the Hilltop Landscape Supplies project at 10501 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for $382,500.
The seller was Christie Burnett-Yarnell, trustee of the Dennis E. and Barbara A. Burnett Living Trust.
Sherwood Buys Land
The City of Sherwood has purchased 21 acres at 9121 Jacksonville-Cato Road, which is northwest of Beal Lake and on the south side of Jacksonville-Cato in Sherwood, for $200,000.
The sellers were Byron McKimmey and Bill Morden of North Little Rock.
Mayor Virginia Young said the city plans to construct a new building there and move its public works department into it. That department is currently housed in the same building as the Sherwood Animal Shelter, at 6500 N. Hills Blvd.
Young said Sherwood has not gotten any further along in the planning process than purchasing the land.
Dance School Acquired
Centennial Bank acquired the 3,750-SF Little Rock School of Dance at 8620 Cunningham Lake Road in west Little Rock in a $110,200 foreclosure sale.
The previous owner is Dancers Inc.
