A Baby Acre by Grid LLC of Little Rock, led by Andrew Adkins, recently traded the 64-unit Berwyn Square Apartments at 6320 Butler Road to Town Creek LLC of Little Rock, led by Rick Ferguson.
In return, several Ferguson-led entities traded four residential lots covering 5.4 acres in the Waterview Estates neighborhood of west Pulaski County and a 0.3-acre commercial site at the northeast corner of Asher Avenue and Cedar Street in Little Rock.
The deal was valued at $980,000.
Warehouse Bought
Edwin Valencia of Vilonia purchased a 10,000-SF warehouse at 6136 Getty Drive in Sherwood for $335,000. The seller was Greg Heslep of Hot Springs.
Apartment Sites Sold
Entrepreneurial Properties Corp. of Tulsa bought two undeveloped apartment parcels totaling 1.6 acres for $300,000.
The land is located on the east end of Lexington Park Apartments at 7601 Vestal Blvd. in North Little Rock.
The seller was Vestal-Burkhalter LLC of North Little Rock, led by John Burkhalter.
Land Bought
Billy Earl McCammon sold 0.98 acres at 23 Peckerwood Road for $210,000 to Little Rock Athletic Centers LLC of Little Rock, led by Brad Eichler.
The land adjoins the Little Rock Athletic Club’s campus.
Industrial Site Sold
Peyton Properties LLC of Springdale, led by William and Lisa Locke, sold a 3-acre industrial site on the north side of Lindsey Road and on the west side of Best Price Boxes at 7424 Lindsey Road.
The purchase price was $189,000, and the buyer was USALCO LIttle Rock Plant LLC of Baltimore.
