Mac Park Place LLC of Little Rock, led by Joshua and Jennifer Malone, purchased the 27-unit Park Place Apartments at 916 Commerce St. in downtown Little Rock for $850,000.

The seller was Artist Place LLC of Little Rock, led by Janet Dillon, Tim Heiple and Fred Gray.

Office/Warehouse Sold

Norman and Deborah Barnett of Benton sold the 43,682-SF office/warehouse facility at 8717 Stagecoach Road in Little Rock for $830,000.

The buyer was Mid Corp Investments LLC of Bryant, led by Mark Middleton. 

Vacant Restaurant Bought

1315 Breckenridge LLC of Little Rock, led by Matthew Silk, purchased the former 5,500-SF home of Vesuvio Bistro (originally a Mexico Chiquito restaurant) at 1315 Breckenridge Drive in Little Rock for $650,000.

The sellers were Ronald, Jeffrey and Christopher Boshears. They sold the property as co-trustees of two family trusts.

Duplexes Sold

FJ Enterprises Inc. of Little Rock, led by Frederick Black and Jimmy Langston, sold eight duplexes at 2104-2116 and 2105-2117 Scotty Court in west Little Rock for $490,000.

The buyer was R & D Holdings LLC of Little Rock, led by Mark Reynolds and Tyler Denton. 

Garage Bought

Entergy Arkansas Inc. of New Orleans bought the 12,110-SF service/repair garage at 424 Shamburger Lane in south Pulaski County for $480,000.

The seller was Spencer Associates of New York LP, which is headquartered in Greenwich, Connecticut.
