Saver Self Storage AR LLC of North Salt Lake, Utah, bought the 326-unit AAA Mini Storage at 3400 Industrial Center Drive in North Little Rock for $970,000.

The seller was AAA Mini Storage LLC of North Little Rock, led by Joe Clay.

Studios Bought

Argenta Acquisitions LLC of Little Rock, led by Dr. John Pemberton, bought the 8,489-SF Pennington Studios at 417 Main St. in downtown North Little Rock for $940,000.

Pemberton is a oculoplastic surgeon at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

The sellers were Larry and Joy Pennington of Hot Springs.

Four Properties Sold

Bryon House III of Little Rock sold three properties covering 2 acres at the northeast corner of Kanis and Ferndale Cutoff Roads for $575,000 and the 9,274-SF Ferndale Flea N’ Tiques at 27020 Kanis Road for $300,000.

The 4-Way Cafe at 27024 Kanis Road is on one of the tracts. 

The buyers were Tisdale Properties & Development LLC of Little Rock, led by Tracy and Terre Tisdale.

Parking Lot Purchased

The Brockinton Family LLC of Little Rock, led by Mark Brockinton, bought a downtown parking lot at the southeast corner of Third and Spring Streets for $510,000.

The seller was Dyke Industries Inc. of Little Rock, led by Merritt Dyke.

Service Garage Sold

SMH LLC of Little Rock, led by Stan Hastings, sold a 3,384-SF service garage at 200 N. Cross St. in Little Rock to HEB Land Co. LLC of Little Rock for $475,000.

Convenience Store Bought

Singh Dehal Corp. of Conway, doing business as Super S Mart and led by Manohar Dehal, bought the 1,620-SF Landers Fuel Stop convenience store at 8212 Landers Road in Sherwood for $450,000. 

The sellers were Kyung Un Hyon and Dongsuk Hyon of Sherwood. 

Warehouse Sold

Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto, sold Winchester Tire and Battery project, a 9,358-SF warehouse at 823 W. Eighth St. in downtown Little Rock for $415,000.

The buyer was Winchester 47 Investments LLC, an affiliate of Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects in Little Rock.

Commerical Site Bought

Abdullah Al-Maliki of Little Rock bought a 0.61-acre commercial site near the northwest corner of University Avenue and 65th Street in Little Rock for $75,000.

The seller was WGR Holding LLC of Springdale, led by William Reich.
