The sellers were Garrett Bosley Jr., Jennifer and Brennan Bosley of Little Rock.

Larry Clary, Harvey Thomas and John Tarkington sold a 6,516-SF office building at 4512 Burrow Drive in North Little Rock for $920,000 to First Assembly of God North Little Rock Inc.
Former School Bought
The Ridge Assembly, led by Kenneth Meckfessel, bought the 33,342-SF former Park Hill Elementary at 3801 JFK Blvd. in North Little Rock for $900,000.
The seller was I-40 Kerr LLC, led by Byron McKimmey and Billy Morden.
Facility, Acreage Sold
R&M Planning LLC, led by Christopher Meyer, bought 42 acres and the 6,014-SF Cargo Carriers facility at 16800 Baseline Road in southwest Pulaski County for $750,000.
The sellers were William and Sharon David.

NSF LLC of Little Rock, led by Richard Akel, bought a 75,051-SF industrial project at 1400 E. 28th St. in Little Rock for $730,000 from Pinnacle North Corporate Aircraft of Little Rock, led by Ronald Powell Jr.
