Million-Dollar Warehouse Deal Leads $5.4M in Transactions

A 35,961-SF office-warehouse at 7511 Scott Hamilton Drive in Little Rock sold for $1 million to 7511 Scott Hamilton LLC and 16600 CP Properties LLC, both of Little Rock. They are led by the Jason LaFrance family and Walter Ebel, respectively.

The seller was RDG Exchange Holdings LLC of Little Rock, led by Richard Gray.

Dollar Store Sold
Michael and Jennifer Reis of Concord, Massachusetts, bought the Family Dollar Store at 5613 MacArthur Drive in North Little Rock for $985,000.

The seller was Mainstream Development II LLC of Sulfur, Louisiana.

Bank Branch Bought
Homail Inc. of Little Rock, led by Walid Ismael, bought the 1,916-SF Iberiabank branch at 10900 Col. Glenn Road in west Little Rock for $650,000.

The seller was Iberiabank of New Orleans.

Rentals Sold
The Sandra C. Magness Living Trust of Little Rock sold 10 residential rental properties in Little Rock for $590,000 to Sundancer LLC of Maumelle, led by Mary Nash.

The properties are at 1524, 5415, 5416, 5419, 5420 and 5423 Timberland Drive; 1802, 1804 and 1806 Nichols Road; and 1800 Perry St.

Repair Garage Bought
STT Inc. of Newport, led by Shirley Heatherly, bought the 13,600-SF Thermo King service repair garage at 4726 Thibault Road in east Little Rock for $575,000.

The seller was Michael Rivalto of Little Rock.

Truck Terminal Sold
GILX Development Inc. of San Antonio sold the 28,000-SF Southwestern Motor Transport truck terminal at 9622 Interstate 30 in Little Rock for $550,000.

The buyer was Ben Davis Properties Management LLC of North Little Rock.

Michael Cupples and Brad Canada of Little Rock bought a 4,500-SF office building at 7707 T. St. in Little Rock for $410,000 from James Family Properties LLLP of Little Rock, led by Judith Scherer.

Bryan and Nancy Silva of Little Rock sold the 11-unit Silva Creek Apartments at 7117 N. Chicot Road in southwest Little Rock for $285,000 to BSD Investment Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Brenda Jackson.

First Assembly of God in North Little Rock bought 1.12 acres adjoining the east side of its 4500 W. Commercial Drive property for $185,000 from the James Darrell Burton & Margaret C. Burton Living Trust of Sherwood.
