Mabelvale Rose LLC of Little Rock, led by Ethen Schultz, bought the 24-unit Mabelvale Apartments complex at 7414 Mabelvale Pike Road in Little Rock and an adjoining 1.22-acre parcel at 7404 Mabelvale Pike for $864,000.
The seller was Van Geuns Properties LLC of Little Rock, led by Jeffrey Du Celliee Muller.
