Botoom Mak purchased the Windamere Plaza, a 20,072-SF retail project at 8211 Geyer Springs in a $630,000 foreclosure sale.
The previous owner was RWL Investments LLC, led by Ron Lazenby. RWL Investments owned a mix of more than two dozen commercial and residential properties in central Arkansas when it filed for bankruptcy protection on March 8, 2016.
Office Space Purchased
Business Boy LLC of Little Rock, led by Roberts and Tammy Lee, bought more than 3,000 SF on the third floor of the Arcade Building at 100 River Market Ave. for $750,000.
The move will provide additional elbow room for the Little Rock insurance agency of Meadors Adams & Lee.
The seller was Clinton-Commerce LLC of Little Rock, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker.
The purchase presages a relocation of AMR Architects.
Store Changes Hands
Antar Singh of North Little Rock purchased the 2,000-SF East Belt Liquor store at 8100 Baucum Pike in North Little Rock for $150,000.
The seller was Harjeet Singh of North Little Rock.
Office Building Bought
Two Sisters Catering Inc. of Sherwood, led by Sharon Brewer and Faith Cavin, bought the 982-SF office building at 201 N. Izard St. in Little Rock that houses Cremation of Arkansas.
The purchase price was $125,000. The seller was Lisa Annette Weeks of Little Rock.
