► BSC University LLC, led by David Ensminger, acquired the Broadmoor Shopping Center at 2908 S. University Ave. for $3.2 million.

Preferred Opportunities LLLP, led by Todd Ross, bought the refurbished 101-year-old structure at 1125 W. Oak St.
The seller is Seayco Conway Lofts LLC, led by Tom and Chris Seay. The Bentonville developers purchased the 36,284-SF building for $500,000 in 2005 and converted it into a mixed-use commercial project.
► Midtown Suites LLC, led by Lane Patterson and Matt Lane, sold Guesthouse Apartments at 5511 A St. and 115 N. Taylor St. for $1.8 million.
