A Red Lobster location at 7401 Rogers Avenue in Fort Smith has changed ownership in a $6.7 million deal.
The buyer was 1120 South Walton Partners LLC, a group with Oliver Kane Whitt of Fort Smith as its registered organizer. Whitt is a partner at CSK Hotels of Fort Smith and the co-owner of the medical marijuana cultivator River Valley Relief.
Sebastian County property records list the seller as Because I Love Horses LLC, a subsidiary owned by Kevin and Traci Fuksa of Hennessey, Oklahoma. They were represented in the deal by Matt Imhoff of Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners.
The deal for the 7,886-SF property near Mercy Hospital closed on Jan. 24. It includes an absolute triple net lease with Red Lobster with 18 years remaining on the term.
