North Little Rock Hospitality LLC of Los Angeles bought the Red Roof Inn & Suites at 120 W. Pershing Blvd. from PIMR LLC, an affiliate of First Community Bank of Batesville.
The deal is financed with 18-year loans of $1.5 million, $1.35 million and $300,000 and a three-year loan of $100,000 from First Community.
The bank recovered the 3.67-acre development in August 2012 as part of a $4 million foreclosure. The former owner was Batesville Hospitality Inc., led by Jagdish Patel.
Baptist Buy
A North Little Rock church changed hands in a $1.25 million deal.
North View Missionary Baptist Church acquired Indian Hills Baptist Church at 6801 JFK Blvd.
The deal is backed with five-year loans of $1 million from First Security Bank of Searcy and $350,000 from Indian Hills Baptist Church.
The 2.74-acre property is part of the original 4-acre Indian Hills Baptist Church location bought by the congregation for $35,000 in May 1962 from Winrock Enterprises Inc.
Shaky Purchase
A nonprofit development in North Little Rock is under new ownership after a $240,000 sale.
Shaky Investments LLC, led by Jason Hum, purchased the 3719 E. Broadway project from Mission Global Ministries Inc. of Memphis.
Mission Global acquired the 3.18-acre property for $207,000 in June 2006 from Word of God Deliverance Church.
Rural House
A 3,239-SF home in west Pulaski County tipped the scales at $1.12 million.
The 2006 Robert McMillin Revocable Living Trust, led by Robert and Helen McMillin, bought the 47-acre spread from Edward and Becky Weber.
The property was assembled in six deals totaling $571,500. The sellers were Ernest and Carl Ann Matkin, $210,000 in November 1980; Kenneth and Theresa Crow, $41,500 in October 1985; Larry and Elizabeth McGraw, $26,000 in December 1986; R.L. Bailey, $101,000 in April 1991; Robert and Betty Jo Campbell, $27,000 in July 1992; and Joseph Spradley, $166,000 in June 1995.

William and Katie Peek acquired the house from Jacob and Brooke White.
The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $400,000 from Simmons First National Bank of Pine Bluff.
The residence previously was tied to an August 2010 mortgage of $171,000 held by Simmons and a July 2014 mortgage of $376,453 held by BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The property also helped secure a January 2015 mortgage of $720,000 held by BancorpSouth.
The Whites bought the house for $622,000 in June 2006 from Samuel and Kristen Wood.
High-rise Home
A 1,563-SF condo in downtown Little Rock sold for $522,000.
Vaught Living Trust, led by Ervin and Frances Vaught, purchased the 12th-floor unit in the River Market Tower at 315 Rock St. from RMT II LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker.
The space previously was linked with an April 2014 mortgage of nearly $18.7 million and a June 2015 mortgage of $132,817 held by First Security Bank and an April 2014 mortgage of nearly $3.4 million held by Citizens Bank.
The 1.2-acre site was acquired in October 2005 as part of a $5.08 million deal with the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System.
