Relyance Bank Sells Former WLR Branch for $1.7M

Relyance Bank of White Hall has sold a former branch in west Little Rock for $1.7 million.

The buyer of the 1,296-SF building at 11000 Financial Centre Parkway was ETFCP LLC, led by Edward Bailey.

Collier International Arkansas, which represented the seller, said the new owners plan to redevelop the property for a new use. 

Relyance Bank relocated the branch last year to a space at 16600 Chenal Parkway, joining a growing number of banks that have bought or built along the roadway.
