David’s Burgers and AT&T should be open for business at 6 Bass Pro Drive by June when tenant finish-out is completed. The other half of the building remains in play.

We also understand that a 2,700-SF office building is in the works at Gateway Town Center. The project will serve as a new home for The Hodges Group, led by its namesake president and Gateway Town Center developer Tommy Hodges.

The office building will have a hunting lodge vibe in keeping with the décor of the nearby Bass Pro Shop and the outdoor sensibilities of Hodges. Yes, antlers are expected to be among the office amenities.
