Riceland Elects 3 New Board Members (Movers & Shakers)

Britt Allmon has been elected to the board of Riceland Foods Inc. of Stuttgart, representing the Northeast Arkansas District. Also elected to the board were Curtis Fox, representing the Stuttgart District, and Cole Hicks, who will serve the Jonesboro District.

Adriana Fuentes Archila, Jarrod Norwood and Randy Williamson have been named to the advisory board of the Arkansas Small Business & Technology Development Center of Little Rock. Fuentes is vice president of community development at Arkansas Capital Corp., Williamson is senior SBA lender and commercial lender at Arkansas Federal Credit Union, and Norwood is vice president and commercial relationships manager for Regions Bank.

Amanda Bledsoe, Spencer Hawks and David Tapp have joined the five-member advisory board of First Service Bank of Conway. They will help guide the bank’s strategic initiatives and community outreach efforts.


Marlin Evans (Community First Trust)

Marlin Evans has been hired as the director of wealth management and trust by Community First Trust of Little Rock. In his new role, he will oversee all of CFT’s wealth management and trust efforts.


Lynne Clow (Pro Service Builders)

Lynne Clow has been hired as a client services manager by Pro Service Builders of Little Rock. In her new role, she will establish and cultivate relationships with property managers, maintenance directors and property and casualty insurance agents.

Mark Cisco has been promoted to a client development manager for Apogee Enterprises of Minneapolis, serving Arkansas. Additionally, John Wiemer has retired from the job of client development manager for Tubelite of Walker, Michigan, where he served Arkansas as the owner of Glazing Systems Specialties LLC.


William Holt has been hired as a global real estate adviser by Capital Sotheby’s International Realty of Little Rock.


Troy Underwood (Underwoods Fine Jewelers)

Troy Underwood, vice president of Underwoods Fine Jewelers of Fayetteville, has been named to the 20 Under 40 list by the Jewelers of America. The list is a recognition program that celebrates young professionals who exemplify leadership skills and a commitment to elevating jewelry retail for consumers.


Kolby Black (Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce)

Charles “Kolby” Black has been hired as the tourism director for Morrilton by the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce.

John Spotts has been promoted to lead telecommunications construction technician at Conway Corp. He will lead fellow technicians in helping build and maintain telecommunication distribution systems. In addition, J.P. Wade has been promoted to telecom construction technician. He will continue to build and sustain construction lines to create and maintain efficient service.


Bruce Bradford (Conway Corp.)

Bruce Bradford, senior plant operator at Conway Corp., is retiring this month after more than 37 years of service. He had been responsible for maintaining equipment and grounds and protecting the property.


Sam Phifer (Conway Corp.)

Sam Phifer of. has earned his class IV wastewater treatment certification from the Arkansas Department of Health. He was hired as a plant operator apprentice in June 2020 and promoted to plant maintenance worker in October 2022.
