Rich Kellner Hired as Global CFO at 4media group of Bentonville (Movers & Shakers)

Rich Kellner has been hired as global CFO at 4media group of Bentonville. Kellner brings more than 25 years of experience in media and advertising to his new job, most recently working for Charlex, a leading animation and video production company.

Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard PLLC of Little Rock has hired three attorneys for the national insurance regulatory practice. David Donahue worked as associate general counsel at two leading national health insurance companies and in private practice. Jess McWhirt has previous experience as a deputy chief compliance officer for a large, international specialty insurance broker. Lee Seidlits is a former regulator with the Texas Department of Insurance.


Chris Gardner (Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission)

D. Chris Gardner has been reappointed to the Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission in Little Rock, where he will serve on an investigation panel. Gardner has been a member of the JDDC’s hearing panel since 2017.


James Hartness (Black River Technical College)

James Hartness has been hired as chief of police at Black River Technical College of Pocahontas. He was previously chief of police and director of campus safety at Williams Baptist University of Walnut Ridge.


Justin Smith (Little Rock Christian Academy)

Little Rock Christian Academy’s board of trust has selected Justin A. Smith as the school’s fifth president and head of school. Smith most recently served six years as LRCA’s head of the upper school.


Eric Walker (Arkansas Tech University)

Eric Walker has been hired as legal counsel at Arkansas Tech University of Russellville. He has been a staff attorney with the Little Rock School District since 2016.

The board of the Economics Arkansas Foundation of Little Rock has appointed nine new members: Matuschka Lindo Briggs of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis-Little Rock Branch; Phillip Carlock of the Pine Bluff School District; Jason Chacko of Morgan Stanley; Jared Cleveland of the Springdale School District; Miles Goggans of Little Rock, a lobbyist; Patrick McAlpine of Stephens Inc.; Will Rockefeller of Bank OZK; Matt Vick of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; and Matt Wahl of Forvis Wealth Advisors.


Sarah Livengood has been hired as program director at Girl Scouts-Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma & Texas. She will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategic goals and initiatives of Girl Scout programming including summer camp programs. She recently was senior project manager of community partnership at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Fayetteville. Additionally, Adra Windsor has been promoted to vice president of finance. She has been finance director of the organization since 2014.


Judd Semingson has been elected to lead the Community Health Centers of Arkansas board. Semingson, CEO of Community Clinic based in Springdale, will provide guidance to CHCA and its 11 CHCA organization members.
