Stephens Insurance LLC, an affiliate of Stephens Inc. of Little Rock, announced the hiring of Rich Krutsch as a senior vice president in its employee benefits division.
Krutsch brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources and employee benefits to the role, Stephens said in a news release. He’ll be based in the Fayetteville office of Stephens Insurance.
“Rich has a strong background in employee benefits with a deep understanding of the changing environment,” Miles Stephens, president and CEO of Stephens Insurance, said in the release. “He is a great leader who has leveraged innovative and emerging technologies and processes, including supply chain optimization and predictive analytics, to improve employee outcomes. We look forward to his insights as he helps our team grow our Employee Benefits business.”
Prior to joining Stephens Insurance, Krutsch was vice president of people services at ArcBest Corp. of Fort Smith. During his tenure, he developed technology to personalize care while reducing friction. He also developed a program to add benefits without passing costs on to employees that additionally decreased the overall health care spend.
Krutsch holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Arkansas.
