► Richardson Properties LLC, led by Keith Richardson, bought a 35,000-SF warehouse at 9300 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock from the C.W. Elder Family Trust for more than $1.5 million.

► Little Rock (Mabelvale) DG LLC, an affiliate of Capital Growth Buchalter of Birmingham, Alabama, sold an 8,990-SF Dollar General at 7501 Mabelvale Cut Off Road in southwest Little Rock for $1.1 million.

Buyer: NS Retail Holdings LLC, an affiliate of NetStreit Corp. of Dallas.

► Bobby Boyanton Jr. and his wife, Alejandra, purchased a 5,233-SF house in west Little Rock’s Woodlands Edge neighborhood from Rebecca Lee Jones and Robert Lamberes for more than $1 million.
