An entrance to The Pointe at North Hills apartment complex in North Little Rock
Richardson Properties LLC has announced plans for a $70 million expansion of The Pointe at North Hills apartment complex in North Little Rock.
The developer said the four-story, 278-unit expansion, called The Skyline at North Hills, brings the company’s total investment in the complex at 3000 N. Hills Blvd. to $200 million. It will offer luxury apartments and townhomes ranging from one to three bedrooms.
The project will add a second clubhouse and fitness center to the development, in addition to other amenities. Construction is set to begin Oct. 15 and last 24 months.
The 862-unit Pointe at North Hills was built in 2020.
