The seller is 4748 Ridge Road LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Dwight Capital in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
Ridge Road Village assumed a December 2016 mortgage of $6.3 million held by Dwight Capital.
4748 Ridge Road bought the 6.88-acre development for $7 million in December 2016 from Ridge Road Village Ltd., an affiliate of Conine Realty Advisors LLC in Frisco, Texas.
