Apartments, homes and more dot this week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► Ridgecrest Apartments Little Rock LLC of Woodmere, New York, bought its namesake 222-unit project at 1900-2000 Reservoir Road in Little Rock for $9 million.

Seller: AM Capital Four LLC of Newport Beach, California.

► B&F Properties LLC, led by Paul Fleming, sold the 36-acre Southern Pines Mobile Home Park at 9500 S. Heights Road in southwest Little Rock for more than $5.6 million. Buyer: FSP Little Rock LLC of Roswell, Georgia.

► Relianse MAR AR LLC of McKinney, Texas, purchased the 110-room Motel 6 at 3200 Bankhead Drive in east Little Rock for $3 million.

Seller? Skybird Lodging LLC, led by Naresh Patel.

► Farwest Convenience SJP Inc., led by Steven Davis, sold its 2,322-SF SJP Pitstop convenience store at 3300 Bankhead Drive for $3 million.

Buyer: Oak Street Valero LLC, led by Donnie Miller.

► 37 Peregrine Circle LLC of Millsap, Texas, acquired a 1,132-SF Starbucks at 416 E. Broadway in North Little Rock for more than $2.6 million from Broad SBUX II LLC, led by Edward Bailey and James Harkins.

► Jeff Fuller Homes LLC sold a 5,169-SF home in Little Rock’s Cliffewood neighborhood to Edward and Sarah Bailey for $1.7 million.

► Shive Rentals LLC, led by Lorne and Emily Shive, bought seven units in The Villas project in Sherwood for more than $1.3 million.

Seller: Massey Homes Inc., led by Massey Bates.

► SVCN 2 LLC, an affiliate of the RMR Group in Newton, Massachusetts, sold the former 3,544-SF Krispy Kreme project at 1315 Shackleford Road in west Little Rock for $1.1 million. Buyer? Crain Family Holdings LLC, led by Larry Crain Jr.

► Ashes To Diamonds LLC of Westminster, Colorado, purchased the 22-unit Foster Street Apartments at 3608 Foster St. in west Little Rock and the 18-unit Chasyn Apartments at 4725 Hoffman Road in south Little Rock for $1.1 million.

Seller? LR Foster Venture LLC and LR Hoffman Venture LLC, both led by Ryan McShea.

► John Day sold a 5,803-SF home in the St. John’s Wood neighborhood of Little Rock for more than $1 million to the Rhodes Family Revocable Trust, led by Noah Rhodes Jr.
