Ritter Communications of Jonesboro has elevated three employees to vice president positions to bolster leadership in primary business areas, the company announced Tuesday.
CEO Alan Morse said Jane Marie Woodruff, Tony McKay and Heather Terry deserved the new positions because of their “significant contributions to the growing success of the company.” Ritter Communications is the largest privately held telecommunications service providers exclusively serving the Mid-South. “These promotions reflect their dedication and the experience they bring as the company focuses on future growth,” Morse added in a news release.
Woodruff, previously the company’s director of marketing, has been with Ritter since 2007. As vice president, marketing, She will lead a team focused on marketing strategy for all company operations, products and services. She drew praise from Morse for “exceptional leadership.”
McKay, a Ritter veteran since 2005, was previously director of solutions delivery and hometown installation and repair. His new title is vice president, field operations. He will oversee installation and repair and outside plant maintenance across the company. He will also be responsible for “solutions delivery” and plant operations, Morse said, adding that McKay had “risen to every challenge we’ve given him.”
Terry joined the Ritter team in 2010 in the accounting department and most recently was director of financial planning and analysis and carrier relations. Her promotion makes her vice president, financial planning and analysis. “Heather has been instrumental to the development of our organization’s strategic vision,” Morse said in the release.
Ritter Communications offers communication services including broadband fiber, telecom, video, cloud and data center services in more than 115 communities in Arkansas, Texas, Missouri and Tennessee.
