An apartment project in Little Rock’s Riverdale area and agri acreage in southeast Pulaski County were at the heart of two recent real estate transactions.
► River Park Apartments, led by Vic Fleming, sold its namesake 108-unit complex at 2501 Riverfront Drive for $7.1 million.
Buyer: SCBP Riverdale Associates LLC, an affiliate of Springer Capital in Philadelphia.
► Ross Whipple added more than 400 acres to his holdings near the Arkansas River between Wrightsville and Woodson.
His Horizon Capital Partners LLLP bought the land from Pamela Wilkins for $500,000.
