River Stone Plaza Draws $2.5M Sale (Real Deals)

A 25,803-SF neighborhood shopping center in Maumelle rang up a $2.55 million sale.

Siya Properties LLC, led by Yatin Patel, acquired River Stone Plaza at 2001 Club Manor Drive.

The seller is Austin Haas Investments LLC, led by Bryan Austin and David Haas.

The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $2 million from Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart.

Austin Haas Investments bought the 3.08-acre site for $325,000 in October 2002 from Gleneagles Inc., led by Frank Hickingbotham.

Huffman Sale

An 8,052-SF office-warehouse in west Little Rock weighed in at $1.7 million.

Kanis Road Building Co. LLC, led by Cory Davis, purchased the property at 15315 Kanis Road.

The seller is Huffman Properties LLC, led by Brandon Huffman. The deal is financed with a 25-year loan of $1.4 million from Relyance Bank of White Hall.

Huffman Properties acquired the 1.19-acre site for $151,320 in July 2017 from Kanis Pride LLC, led by Graham Smith.

Dual Development

A commercial combo project in south Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.6 million.

AM&GF Property LLC, led by Rahul Kumar and Abdul Farishta, bought the 3,994-SF Beverage House at 5920 W. 65th St. and 1,741-SF Bailey & Thompson Tax project at 5924 W. 65th St.

The seller is Hankins Properties LLC, led by Bruce and Lisa Hankins.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $1.1 million from Anstaff Bank of Green Forest.

The 1.15-acre development was purchased for $250,000 in August 2001 from Buffalo Co., led by Sonny Pearson.

Charles Place

An eight-unit apartment building in downtown Little Rock changed hands in an $875,000 deal. Frazier Family Trust, led by Norman and Kathleen Frazier, acquired the Charles Place project at 117-121 Daisy L. Gatson Bates Drive.

The seller is Loucks Living Trust, led by Harry and Robin Loucks.

The 0.18-acre development was bought for $730,000 in November 2020 from Broadway Park LLC, led by Brett Pitts.

Office Transaction

A 5,772-SF office building in midtown Little Rock sold for $460,000.

L Squared Development, led by Doris Lewis and David Lewis, purchased the 6213 Father Tribou St. project. The seller is M.L. Squared Development LLC, led by Jeff Massey and Doris Lewis.

The 0.33-acre development was acquired for $195,000 in December 2011 from Arthritis Foundation Southeast Region Inc., led by David Popen.

Maumelle Site

A 2.75-acre commercial site in Maumelle drew a $370,000 transaction.

Feim & Muho LLC, led by Feim Veseli, bought the land on the east side of Audubon Drive south of Millwood Circle. The seller is Audubon Business Development LLC, led by Quy Lamastus.

Audubon Business purchased the property for $330,000 in July 2007 from Karmmik LLC, led by Mark and Kim Bingman.

Lopez Land

A 2.1-acre parcel in west Little Rock is under new ownership after a $250,000 sale.

Lopez Property Management LLC, led by Geronimo Lopez, acquired the land at the southeast corner of Stagecoach and Baseline roads. The seller is D2H LLC, led by Kenneth Davenport and Andrew Hicks.

D2H bought the property in September 2004 as part of an $878,000 deal with Terry Family Ltd., led by William Terry Jr. and Ann Terry Pincus.

Falstone Court

A 4,505-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood weighed in at $1.11 million.

Austin and Megan Crain purchased the house from Randy Wright Builders LLC. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $726,200 from GMFS LLC of Baton Rouge.

Randy Wright Builders acquired the site for $126,000 in March 2021 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Riviera Condo

A 2,866-SF condo in the Riverdale area of Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.05 million.

Jared and Amy Seale bought the 11th-floor residence in the Riviera Condominiums at 3700 Cantrell Road from Elizabeth Ford.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1 million from Encore Bank of Little Rock.

Ford purchased the space for $799,000 in June 2022 from Riviera Partners LLC, led by Randy Mourot.

Hallen Court

A 3,915-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood rang up a $965,000 sale.

The Marty & Mary Virginia Casteel Joint Revocable Trust acquired the house from the Sherri Roussel Revocable Trust.

The residence was bought for $834,000 in August 2020 from Rebecca Finney.

Villages of Wellington

A 4,331-SF residence in the Villages of Wellington neighborhood of west Little rock changed hands in a $925,000 deal.

Bhavin and Nisha Sharolia purchased the house from Reddy Innovative Builders LLC, led by Mohan Reddy.

The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $832,500 from Farmers & Merchants Bank of Stuttgart. The 1.5-acre site was acquired for $45,000 in March 2018 from Winrock Enterprises Inc., led by Russ McDonough Jr.
