
Errica Rivera and Rodney Waller, new members of Harding University's board of trustees.
Harding University of Searcy on Tuesday announced two new members of its board of trustees: Errica Rivera and Rodney Waller.
Rivera, of Austin, Texas, is associate advocacy and culture director for State Auto Insurance Companies where she has worked for eight years. Before that, she worked for Reach Media Inc., parent company of the syndicated “Tom Joyner Morning Show.”
Rivera graduated from Harding with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing in 1991.
Waller, of Arlington, Texas, retired from Range Resources Corp. in 2016 after a career in the oil and natural gas industry. He also co-founded Snyder Oil Corp.
Waller graduated from Harding with a bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors in 1971.
The new appointees were appointed during the board’s semiannual meeting Oct. 28. They will attend their first meeting when the board meets again in May. The board for the private university now has 28 members.
