Riverdale Building Sold for $3.1M

101 River Bluff Drive

The 18,300-SF office building at 101 River Bluff Drive in Little Rock has sold for $3.1 million in a transaction that closed on May 18.

Hundred One LLC acquired the building. The seller was Swan Harbor LLC, an investment group owned by Scott Trotter, Alan Perkins, Leon Catlett, Roxanne Catlett and Cori Catlett.

Kelley Commercial Partners represented the seller; Hathaway Group represented the buyer, an investment group owned by the firm’s four principals and several of its clients.

Hathaway Group is managing the property, which is fully leased.

Motel Sleepers Inc. will continue leasing about one-third of the building, and the remaining 12,000 SF has been leased by Hathaway to a unnamed firm that will take occupancy late in 2021.
