Riverdale Industrial Building Sells for $7.5M

► A 69,609-SF industrial flex building on the northern end of the 2201 Brookwood Drive project in the Riverdale area of Little Rock and a 0.87-acre parcel across the street sold for $7.5 million.

Buyer: Dake OK LLC, led by Merritt Dake.

Seller: Riverdale Management Group LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Stephens Group.

► Musket Corp. of Oklahoma City purchased the 50,000-SF Craters & Freighters warehouse at 7424 Lindsey Road in the Little Rock Port Industrial Park for $3.5 million.

Seller? Peyton Properties LLC, led by William and Lisa Locke.

► Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina, recovered a 7,696-SF home in the Chenal Downs neighborhood of west Little Rock from Stephen Carleson in a nearly $1.4 million foreclosure sale.
