Robert Geary has been appointed controller of Sowell Management of Little Rock. His duties include implementing new strategies for the company and overseeing its finance division. He was previously controller of Coulson Oil Co. of Little Rock.
David Knause and Edward “Ted” Kreppein have been hired as vice presidents of fixed-income sales at Stephens Inc. of Little Rock. Knause has almost 10 years of experience as a fixed-income sales executive, and Kreppein has more than 20 years in fixed-income experience.
Sarah Uballez has been promoted to director of operations at Arvest Equipment Finance of Fayetteville. Uballez will contribute to the development of the company’s operations strategy and compliance. She has more than 15 years of experience in the equipment finance industry. Additionally, Tiffany Watkins has graduated from the American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School. She is the director of credit card adoption and digital engagement.
Brian Blackman was elected president of the Arkansas Land Title Association in May. Blackman is vice president and general counsel at Allegiance Title of Arkansas of Fayetteville.
Bill Gossage has been announced as the chief external affairs officer for Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp. and Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc., both of Little Rock. In 2022, Gossage joined the cooperatives as vice president of governmental affairs. He was recently the deputy chief of staff of external affairs for former Gov. Asa Hutchinson.
Jonathan Oliver has been announced as the chief operations officer of Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp. Oliver has been with AECC since 1995, serving in various leadership positions including vice president of power production and delivery.

Jonathan Booth and Jason Fleming have been promoted to telecom maintenance technician 4. They have both been with the company for more than 10 years. Reggie Greene has been promoted to telecom construction technician 1. Greene was hired in 2022. Lane McNew has been promoted to telecom installer technician 3. He has been with Conway Corp. since 2020. Andrew Mitchell has been promoted to telecom construction technician 1. He was hired in 2022. Jacob Mooningham has been promoted to telecom installer technician 1. He was hired in 2022.
Victor Esposito has been appointed senior vice president, engineering and network operations at Ritter Communications of Jonesboro. Esposito will oversee the network technology and engineering of the company. He has more than 20 years of technological experience.
The Arkansas Trucking Association has announced new members of its board of directors. Ryan McDaniel is vice president of fleet operations for Walmart Transportation LLC of Bentonville, and John Pierron is senior vice president of McGriff of Little Rock. The board has 21 members.
