Rock Dental Acquires 9 Clinics in 3 States

Rock Dental Brands of Little Rock announced Wednesday the acquisition of nine clinics across Arkansas, Tennessee and Missouri.

Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.

The acquisitions, completed in separate deals over the past few months, bring the total number of Rock Dental Brands-supported clinics to 84 across three states.

The new Arkansas clinics are two Jim Moore Orthodontics locations in Pine Bluff and Monticello; two Arkansas Oral Surgery locations in Conway and Russellville; the office of Dr. Michael Wharton-Palmer, a pediatric dentist in Texarkana; and South Arkansas Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in El Dorado.

The Missouri and Tennessee clinics are Arquitt Pediatric Dentistry in Springfield, Missouri; Sherrick Orthodontics in Rolla, Missouri.; and Michelle Johnson Orthodontics located in Bartlett, Tennessee.
