Andrea Rockefeller acquired the super-sized log manor from Wayne and Paulette Richie.
The 75.5-acre property previously was tied to a January 2007 mortgage of $1 million held by Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C., and a February 2011 mortgage of $70,946 held by Centennial Bank of Conway.
Other debts that were released after the transaction included a December 1999 mortgage of
$2.1 million and an August 2003 mortgage of $645,637 held by Metropolitan National Bank of Little Rock and a July 2011 mortgage of $88,592 held by First Security Bank of Searcy.
The land was assembled as part of two deals. The sellers were PJL Enterprises Inc., led by Peter J. Lappin, $1.1 million in February 1998; and Gerald and Anne Kocinski, $325,000 in February 1995.
Office Transaction
A 4,916-SF office building in west Little Rock sold for $276,333.
M&A Fuller LLC, led by Michael and Harriett Fuller, purchased the 0.39-acre development at 9 Shackleford Plaza.
The sellers are the Glenda Shannon Fewell Family Trust and the Glenda Shannon Fewell Maintenance Trust.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $250,000 from Summit Bank in Arkadelphia.
The property was acquired for $189,000 in December 1992 from John and Jeanette Adkins.
Wyndham Funding
The owner of the Wyndham Riverfront Hotel in North Little Rock landed a $4 million funding agreement.
FF Hotels Inc., led by Frank Fletcher, obtained the five-year loan from Regions Bank in Birmingham, Ala. The 221-room hotel at 2 Riverfront Place previously was tied to an August mortgage of $5.2 million held by the bank.
Frank and Judy Fletcher became sole owners of the 5.77-acre development in September 1992 when they bought out the other investors in the Riverfront Hotel for $6 million.
Frank Fletcher signed a 10-year franchise agreement in November 2002 with publicly traded Wyndham International Inc. of Dallas to rebrand the hotel.
Retail Loan
A Dollar General project in southwest Little Rock was refinanced with a $952,916 mortgage.
PB General Holdings (Baseline) LLC, led by Leonard Boen, got the five-year loan from Summit Bank.
The 1.06-acre development at 5019 Baseline Road previously was tied to a May 2011 mortgage of $864,000 held by the bank.
The location was purchased for $252,000 eight months ago from the John A. Mattingly & Edna B. Mattingly Joint Revocable Trust, Michael Mattingly and Felton Mattingly.
Church Financing
A southwest Little Rock congregation secured a $640,000 funding agreement. New Hebron Missionary Baptist Church received the three-year loan from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
The property at 7615 Woodson Road was acquired for $46,000 in December 1975 from Maxine Cornett.
