Dr. Bruno Pereira, Dr. Christopher Miller and Dr. Pardha Devaki of Mercy Clinic in Rogers
Dr. Bruno Pereira, Dr. Christopher Miller and Dr. Pardha Devaki have joined Mercy Clinic in Rogers as specialists.
Pereira is board-certified in pulmonary disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is board-eligible in critical care medicine. He earned a doctorate in neurosciences and a medical degree from UAMS. He completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Medicine.
Additionally, Pereira has training in pulmonary subspecialties including sarcoidosis and interstitial lung disease.
Miller is board-certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine in Omaha.
Miller completed a residency and chief residency in internal medicine at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis and a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Miller has also served as a captain in the Medical Corps of the United States Air Force Reserve.
Devaki is board-certified in gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He earned degrees in medicine and surgery from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India.
Devaki earned a Master of Science in clinical nutrition from Texas Woman’s University in Denton. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center in Detroit and a fellowship in gastroenterology/hepatology at the Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Sheena CarlLee has joined UAMS Health Neighborhood Clinic in Fayetteville as an internal medicine specialist.
CarlLee specializes in complex and chronic disease management, adult wellness visits, acute care visits and women’s health. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
CarlLee received her medical degree from UAMS. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Iowa, where she also served as chief resident. She later became a faculty member at the University of Iowa.
She was most recently employed in North Carolina in the Atrium Health System.
Dr. Chris Maranto and Dr. Mikio Ranahan have joined Conway Regional Health System as pain management physicians.
Maranto and Ranahan both received their anesthesiology residency training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.
After the residency, Maranto completed a fellowship in interventional pain management at the University of Alabama in Birmingham, while Ranahan completed pain management fellowship training at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Miranda Phillips has been hired as senior medical specialist for CTEH in North Little Rock.
Phillips has 20 years of experience in the medical field. She previously was an emergency room nurse, flight nurse, nursing instructor, paramedic and clinic training coordinator. She has associate degrees in registered nursing from the College of the Ouachitas and emergency medical sciences from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University.
