Ronza, Jones Advance in Family Businesses (Movers & Shakers)

Jason Ronza

Jason Ronza has been promoted to director of operations at RP Power in North Little Rock.

Ronza previously served as aftermarket sales manager at the company.

He has a bachelor’s degree in geography, a graduate certificate for GIS from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and a bachelor’s in geology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Wyatt Jones has joined the family business at Sissy’s Log Cabin in Little Rock.

Jones was recently accredited as a graduate gemologist by the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, California. He will be responsible for diamond grading for appraisals and insurance replacement, and will assist the diamond buying team.

Cody Desonie has joined Sissy’s in Jonesboro as a bench jeweler. Desonie also was recently accredited as a graduate gemologist by the Gemological Institute of America.

As a bench jeweler, he will be responsible for stone setting, sizing, polishing and jewelry repair, as well as assisting with custom jewelry pieces designed and created in-house.
