Rosehill Construction to Build Little Rock Storage Facility for $7.1MLock Icon

A self-storage project in Little Rock begins this week’s roster of million-dollar real estate transactions and construction contracts.

Rosehill Construction LLC of Prairieville, Louisiana, secured the $7.1M contract to build a three-story self-storage facility at 4500 S. University Ave. in Little Rock. 

7811 Cantrell LLC, led by Barnett and Greer Grace, sold its namesake address for $3 million.

Who bought the home of Barbara/Jean and Tease Salon and former home of Graffiti’s Italian Restaurant? D&T Real Estate Investments LLC, led by Daniel and Tiffany Robinson.

WAMM Arkansas Holdings LLC of Garden City, New York, purchased the 26-unit Orleans Square Apartments at 1801 Georgia St. in Little Rock for more than $1.5 million.

Seller: TCB Investments LLC, led by Brian Teeter.

Brainard Partnership, led by Jay Brainard, sold 1.3 acres on Ferry Street in North Little Rock near the Arkansas River for $1.5 million. Buyer:  Jeffrey Sand Co., led by Clay McGeorge.

East Village Hospitality Ltd., an affiliate of Little Rock’s Pinnacle Hotel Group, acquired an 0.84-acre site adjoining the south side of its Holiday Inn Express at 811 E. Fourth St. for $1.3 million.

Seller: Artisan on Collins LLC, led by Rusty Thompson.

RDH Cabinets LLC, led by Robert and Donna Heard, sold the 95,578-SF Wright’s Cabinet complex at 2600 and 2609 Cory Drive in Jacksonville for more than $1.1 million.

Buyer? 17 of Hearts LLC, led by Ana and Matthew Bridges, Jonathan and Kristen Kennon, Elizabeth and William Hoofman, Laura and Keith Walker and Emily and Matthew Goodhart.

Goose Investments LLC, led by Jason Roach, bought a 3,802-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood from David and Holly Parker for $1.1 million.
