A Kansas City real estate company paid $15.75 million for a newly built multifamily complex just off of Rupple Road in west Fayetteville.
Block Real Estate Services, through three subsidiaries, bought the 5-acre complex that includes 64 townhouse units. The complex is part of the growing residential developments on Rupple and is just north of MLK Jr. Boulevard; officially the units are located on Coolidge Place and Eisenhower Place.
The seller was J&M Capital Ventures LLC, led by Jon Brittenum, the owner of Brittenum Construction Co. of Fayetteville. Brittenum acquired the property as land for $1 million in 2019. The sold property is just south of Brittenum’s Town West project, which will be 25 single-family homes. Construction should begin in June.
Another Brittenum project, Snyder Grove in Prairie Grove, is also about to start construction within one month. The 60-home subdivision will feature homes of varying sizes with three-car garages and priced between $300,000 and $400,000.
