Ruth’s Chris May Have Location Staked in Downtown Little Rock

You may have heard that officials from Ruth’s Chris Steak House have been sharpening their knives and checking out potential locations in downtown Little Rock.

One of our top (and most reliable) operatives reports that its home will be near the Pulaski County Courthouse in the Cromwell Building at 101 S. Spring St. Other details are unknown at this time.

The Cromwell Building is the headquarters for Cromwell Architects Engineers of Little Rock. The firm announced plans over the weekend to move its headquarters to a new development at 6th and Shall streets east of Interstate 30.

Ruth’s Hospitality Group Inc. of Winter Park, Florida, which operates the restaurant chain, didn’t return several calls from Arkansas Business.

Ruth’s Chris has 140 locations around the world, including one in Rogers.
