R. Ryan Younger has been named a member of Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull PLLC in Little Rock. Younger, whose practice concentrates on civil litigation, joined the firm in 2010 after serving as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Robert Dawson in Arkansas’ Western District.
